Nakey Bakey Co

Category:Food & Drink
Sector:
Food & Drink

Nakey Bakey was founded and created by Megan, a personal trainer who lives an active and healthy lifestyle. Nakey Bakey was always an aspiration of Megan's due to her nut allergy and to her long term health condition called Endometriosis. This was triggered by eating certain foods that made her symptoms very painful and is why she wanted to cover all 14 allergens. When she was looking to purchase any products that were free from, she found very little on the market and a lot were unhealthy, included high amounts of sugar and had processed ingredients.

Megan decided to create her own free from granola in her home kitchen which was made from real, natural and healthy ingredients. Being a personal trainer, she wanted to focus on health and for the products to have many health benefits. She also wanted them to be low in sugar and use ingredients that could help her Endometriosis naturally. She wanted to provide this to others and give them a product that not only tasted delicious but also benefitted their health at the same time.

Nakey Bakey was then born, cooking and creating with love. Megan is on a mission to help others eat delicious healthy foods without comprising the taste and to help those who suffer with allergens.

Nakey Bakey granola can be enjoyed as a snack with yogurt and fruit, as a cereal with milk, you can bake with it or even add milk and heat it up to turn in to a flavoured porridge.

Megan has now gone on and started to provide other free from products and many more are on their way!
