Fife Diploma of Achievement (FDA)
Helping young people recognise their strengths, celebrate their achievements and develop the confidence to take their next steps in learning, life and work.
Fife Diploma of Achievement (FDA)
Recognising Achievement. Building Confidence. Supporting Future Pathways.
Overview
The Fife Diploma of Achievement (FDA) helps young people recognise their strengths, demonstrate their wider achievements and confidently communicate the skills and experiences they have gained.
Through a structured approach built around four key pillars, learners are encouraged to take on new challenges, develop essential skills and reflect on their personal progress.
The programme focuses on Leadership, Enterprise, Volunteering and Personal Achievement, with learners working towards a total of 12 achievements, completing three within each pillar.
By recognising learning and experiences beyond traditional academic attainment, the Fife Diploma of Achievement supports young people to build confidence, identify their strengths and prepare for successful transitions into further education, training or employment.
